Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was a bit isolated, but it offered a fantastic view of the harbor and a beautiful sunrise vantage. The rooms were tricky to find in the dark and definitely need some updating, but they did have a beachside view. The service was friendly and they even offered excursion options around the island. The dining options were quite pricey, especially the buffet breakfast, but the hotel's facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the Marriott Vacation Club. The rooms were exactly as described, with a great beach and amazing views, but they were a bit different from what I expected. The service was top-notch, offering me comfort from home at no charge and expert advice on dining needs. The location was beautiful, although a bit isolated and required a hike to the main hotel. Dining at Aqua Terra was enjoyable but a bit pricey for a buffet breakfast. Overall, a nice choice.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning beach views and amazing location. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired and dealing with missing bath mats was a hassle.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfectly situated right on the beach, almost like condos with all the amenities you could need. The service was fantastic, and the property is working hard to get everything back to top-notch condition. The location, although isolated and a bit of a walk from the main hotel, offered stunning views of the Caribbean and Charlotte Amalie.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! It's just steps away from the beach, which is amazing. However, the noise from the bar downstairs was a bit of a buzzkill at times. The room was like a little condo with a living room and fully stocked kitchen, but finding it in the dark was a challenge.
Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs. Although the location offered a great view of the harbor and a convenient place to watch cruise ships, the rooms were noisy and in need of a remodel, with some cleanliness issues and unwelcome insect guests. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, providing excellent dinner specials and helpful excursion options around the island.
